Mini Bolts Preschool Basketball Program use fun, age-appropriate activities to help teach fundamental skills like dribbling and passing, while also focusing on coordination and social skills like teamwork. This program aims to provide a positive introduction to sports through drills and games, lead by our highly qualified basketball coach and Early Childhood Educator trained, Emma Higgins in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Age-specific focus: Mini Bolts is designed for very young children, focusing on basic skills and coordination rather than complex gameplay.

Skill Development: Fundamental movement skills with activities aimed at improving hand-eye coordination, balance, and gross motor skills. Children are also introduced to the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, and shooting through simple fun games.

Social & Emotional Growth: Minibolts help children learn the concept of being part of a team. We also emphasise on creating a positive and fun experience to help build confidence and a love for active play.

Program Structure: Minibolts provide short sessions to help keep young children engaged, blending a number of skill-building exercises with mini-games.
