We're so excited to finally let everyone know about NIBL 2024!

The Northern Inland Basketball League is back in 2024 - this time as an exciting 3x3 competition.

What’s 3×3 Basketball? It's a fast-paced twist on the regular game you love. Each team has 3 players plus one sub, playing on a half-court with one hoop. More chances for everyone to touch the ball, score points, and show off their skills!

2024 3×3 Basketball Calendar:

🏀 Round 1: Sunday 11 August split round in Gunnedah or Armidale

🏀 Round 2: Sunday 25 August in Tamworth

🏀 Round 3: Sunday 1 September split round in Gunnedah/Armidale

🏀 Round 4 & Finals: Sunday 8 September in Tamworth (everyone plays)

Competition Format:

🔹 Mixed competition (boys and girls combined)

🔹 Round robin tournament

🔹 Girls' scores count as double points, so choose your team wisely!

🔹 Age groups:

U11’s (born 2014, 2015, or 2016)

U13’s (born 2012 or 2013)

U15’s (born 2010 or 2011)

Talk to your friends and put a team together.... remember you only need 4 players to nominate a team!! Cost is $100 per teammate, which includes a tee and 4 rounds of 3x3 action!

Basketball NSW is transitioning from GameDay to Basketball Connect.   Please CLICK HERE for how to register your team using Basketball Connect.   We are not taking individual registrations this year.  You do need to register as part of a team - and nominating the TEAM is the first step!  To register your team, one member needs to register the team's name and provide the names and mobile or email of all players.
